Do you have a passion for sustainability and are you looking for an internship where you can truly make an impact? We offer a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in our sustainability initiatives.

As a CSR intern at marlies|dekkers, you will work closely with the Sustainability Manager to achieve our sustainability goals. You will help develop and manage a CSR platform that encompasses all essential information, from relevant legislation to our internal processes. Additionally, you will contribute to creating an innovative Digital Product Passport platform, which helps us maintain full transparency about our products.

But your involvement doesn’t stop there! You will also assist in the recertification of our B-Corp status and play a key role in organizing our internal B-meetings. These meetings are crucial for strengthening team spirit and clearly communicating our sustainability strategies. Moreover, you will actively shape our internal CSR communication, giving you the chance to apply your fresh ideas directly and see how they positively influence the company culture.

As a CSR Intern:

• You are enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Business Administration, Sustainability Studies, or a related field.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week, for a minimum of 5 months.

• You can start in February 2025, or later, such as September 2025.

• You have a strong affinity for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

• You are proactive, independent, and possess strong organizational skills.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
